At the outset of COVID we realised that our social media and online presence would be incredibly important to how we would survive so bought Annabel on board to help us. Initially this was to improve the marketing of our virtual and online offerings through specific marketing campaigns, work on our SEOs and carefully curated social media posts. Following the success of this work and the tireless way in which she went the extra mile for us we asked her to take on larger projects, including a full report highlighting the gaps in our website and marketing and what improvements she would suggest (both small short term fixes and a longer term plan).

Annabel's work was thorough and she often went over and above what was asked of her and resulted in some great wins for us. Her communication throughout the project was first class especially considering we were all working virtually and the presentation of her findings succinct and informative.
